What personal data can be hidden inside Word and Excel files?

Author names, company name, revision history, internal server paths, hidden comments, tracked changes and creation timestamps. Check in Word via File → Info → Check for Issues → Inspect Document.

Do I need an NVIDIA GPU for the AI features?

No. All AI features work on any Windows PC using your CPU. An NVIDIA GPU speeds up AI scans 5–10× if available but is entirely optional.

How do I remove GPS location from photos on Windows?

AI Model Download

Some applications offer an optional AI Engine requiring a one-time download of an AI model file (~1.1 GB) from Hugging Face. This download transmits no information about you or your files. After downloading, all AI processing runs entirely offline.

Local Storage

Application preferences and scan history are stored locally in your Windows Registry and local application data folder (%LocalAppData%\Beginza\). This data never leaves your device.
