Beginza Limited is a UK software company that makes private AI and privacy tools for Windows, with Mac coming soon. Our founders come from IT, accountancy and business valuation — professions where client confidentiality isn't a feature, it's the job.
We build the tools we wanted in those jobs: software that helps with confidential documents without handing them to anyone else.
Why we started
The software should come to your data — not the other way round.
Every time you use an online AI tool, you hand over something valuable: your words, your documents, your decisions. They go to someone else's servers, under someone else's rules.
For most professionals that's a problem. A solicitor can't paste a client's contract into a website. An accountant can't upload a client's tax records. A valuer can't share a deal model before it's announced. Yet the same people are expected to work faster, and to send documents that are clean of hidden data.
Beginza exists to close that gap. Beginza AI brings an AI assistant onto your own PC, and the Beginza Privacy Tools clean and redact documents before they leave it. Not as a privacy feature bolted on top — as the only way they were ever built.

Beginza was founded by two professionals who have spent their careers handling confidential client information — one in IT, one in accountancy and valuation.

A CFA charterholder, accountant and business valuation professional. Client statements, tax records, financial models and valuation reports — the confidential documents our apps are built to protect — are everyday work.
That background is why our apps talk about disclosure bundles, VAT numbers, tracked changes and subject access requests — and why they're careful to say what they can't guarantee.

Your files stay on your PC
Our apps do their work on your computer. There is no Beginza server to send your documents, photos or conversations to.
No accounts, no tracking
No sign-up, no usage analytics, no advertising. We don't know who you are unless you email us.
Honest about limits
Automatic detection can miss things and AI can be wrong. Our apps say so, and ask you to check before anything leaves your hands.
Fair pricing
Every app is free to download. Pro features are mostly a one-time purchase through the Microsoft Store — pay once and keep it.
